Cancellation & Refund Policy

At sundarbantourtravel.com, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. We understand that plans can change, so we have established the following cancellation and refund policy to address your needs.

1. Cancellation by the Guest

If you cancel your trip for any reason, the booking amount will not be refunded.

2. Cancellation by Us

If for any reason we cancel your trip, you will be notified 24 hours before the start of your trip, and your full booking amount will be refunded to you by us.

3. No Shows

If any of the persons booked by you do not show up, you will be liable for the full cost of that person.

4.Limitations & Bounds :-

Your booking amount is 30 percent of the total amount.
Everyone must carry the Xerox copy of their Aadhaar Card.
It is not allowed to drink alcohol in any way on the boat. STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Children between the ages of four to six will be charged half of the full amount. and all children over six years old have to pay the full amount.
